About Bob Sliva

A Michigan State graduate with a BA in Marketing/Business and a US Army veteran (Honorable discharge), this individual has had a successful career in advertising and sales. From 1975 to 1987, they held various positions before joining the EW Scripps Company where they worked for over two decades. They served as National Sales Manager, General Sales Manager at WXYZ-TV, Detroit, and eventually became the VP/Director of Sales at EW Scripps Cincinnati, OH. In 2011, they became a consultant for Heart Broadcasting and later became a Chair ABC Sales Advisory Board Member and ABC Board of Governors member. They also served as a Michigan Association of Broadcasters board member.
